dont count on the Barnstable Police unless you're dead or dying.
they are only after the big, high profile arrests.
they only believe in being REactive, not PROactive.
Have hooligans in your yard? People being drunk & disorderly?
They're not insterested unless you've been shot or stabbed.
Got losers with loud music or noise that exceeds the town ordinance? 
They wont lift their heads from their coffee & donuts.
They'll pretend to 'clean up' a neighborhood and tell the local paper that those werent gunshots but firecrackers.
