Three different staff gave three different directions for picking up for ordered online, none asking for proof of online payment. The food is good and the staff members are friendly, but organization and communication need to improve.

I'm not quite sure how to put this. I shop at Price Rite most of the time. I go to regular grocery stores to get specialty items that they do not carry. Has a social experiment, I decided to get all of my groceries at Whole Foods once. I could not believe the difference, and I almost had a stroke the prices for me are usually four to five times as expensive for the non-organic versions. And at least ten times as expensive for the organic versions. I understand that this adds value for some people but the difference in cost for someone who is paying attention to what they pay for things is something that cannot be ignored. I think the real takeaway from this is the cost of meat on a non Industrial Level or however Whole Foods produces their meat really dictates that people should look at becoming vegetarian or at least partially vegetarian due to the cost not quite sure what else to say but this is definitely another planet from what I am used to. Enjoy your kombucha.

Let's just say that a smile and a please and thank you go a long, long way. Sam, in customer service, this is something you need to appreciate. I think Whole Foods could learn A LOT from Trader Joe's. Just sayin!

Love this store. A little expensive for some things but the employees are always pleasant. Can't beat the fresh squeezed orange juice!
