I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this place. I go shopping there every few days. The staff is absolutely awesome. If I need something that's not in stock, they will ALWAYS check their back supply and IF they don't have it, they will special order it for me. AND they'll even ship the product(s) to me if it's total cost to me is overb $29.99! I REALLY like that! So much fun to shop
there.

Only reason I gave 4 stars was because it seemed that all of the aisles were blocked with merchandise to be displayed. The employees were very helpful, I needed something from a high shelf and someone was there in no time to assist. I love the variety of items to chose from and find the prices comparable to other stores.

I'm not sure if it's just the gresham location or this is how they run their business but I've only shopped there twice and both times had questionable experiences the first time I bought a magic bullet blender and while checking out I ask the return policy just in case things don't work the manager behind the cashier stated that I had to contact the manufacture if it didn't work from day one which I was surprised so I doubled checked online to find out wasn't true. Made me feel like she thought I was tryin to scam them or something. One year later I got a gift card for the store needed some new silverware I noticed 2 different sets of utensils were stocked wrong same style but color costed more and there wasnt a open spot for the ones that were on the shelf ask an employee if they would honor the price for one set and he said no because he didn't know when it was placed their.. which would imply that I placed 4 sets of utensils in their same style spot got rid of the other utensils and filled the whole shelf and removed the prices off the wall for the original spots ? Or maybe an employee stocked the shelf incorrectly ? Thanks kurt for making me feel like again I was doing something wrong...

The customer service at the Gresham Station store was awesome! Especially on a Black Friday sale when they lost power for 2 hours! Kudos to the employees of this store and at the Old Navy store next door!

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago to have something  delivered to my home and still have not received it as promised. I have called the store 3 times and was told it was shipped. (It hadn't)This last time I spoke to Patti who was rude and would cut me off while speaking.  I was also transferred and had to explain everything again.  Next time I recommend listening and providing some customer service. That's your job!
