I bought a bed set in 2011, there customer service was bad. The sales people saw me when I walked in and just ignored my mother and I. I wanted to leave but since my mother has bought most of her furniture there she really want me to get mine there and I did. My family and I moved into a new home and where looking to get everything dining room, family room, living room, and 3 bed room sets for our kids. My husband and I walk in, in 2 different accession. No one welcomed use, but they did see use there was 3 people by the paying area. We still decided to look around we walked around 2 times and still no help. I was so upset so we left. We ended up going to furniture connection across the street. Tom was so nice at welcomed use right when we hit the door. Funny thing was that there was a couple there to that was complaining about the service at Jr furniture. NEVER GOING TO JR FURNITURE AGAIN

WARNING; DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE HERE. SCAM!!!! They took my money- haven't delivered my product and have been awful. First Harry blames his staff. Tries telling me "call me I'll take care of you" BS! He told me before thanksgiving when I demanded a refund on my table it would be here no later than middle of December. (Keep in mind my purchase was made is AUGUST!) it is now the end of January after multiple calls he FINALLY WEEKS LATER called back to tell me he still doesn't have my table. I told him I want a refund and to return the chairs and bar stools that I bought to match and he told me no. Am in the process of legal action. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR BUSINESS!!!

We didn't make a purchase, but the staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a great selection.

Low key no preasure nice show room except for all the stained ceiling tiles from the leaking roof we shopped around they had the best price on a Staton sectional Thanks
