I used to shop at this location 25 years ago... Much has changed since then. This store and Kmart in general appear to be moments from shutting their doors for good. An awful lot of product is not priced, or merchandised in a shopable manner. Good luck finding anyone to assist you. I approached their cashiers for assistance and couldn't even get someone to page another associate to help me. This store absolutely sucks. Worst shopping experience of my life.

Every single time we have bought any kind of edibles that needs to be kept at certain temperatures, it's been melted and/or ruined, please do some quality control.
Employees aren't very good at answering questions either, but it's like that in most stores.
Aisles look straight out of a dollar store, items are on the floor and it can be difficult to maneuver through it to get to what you need.
An item in the sales bin for a certain amount of money was rung up as a different price and if you look at the law, they have to adhere to what they present it as on the shelf/price tag.
To top that off, many items often lack tags entirely and you need to scan it to figure it out, it makes me put it back because I feel it is poor customer service.
I witnessed a gentleman that I assume to be the manager, verbally abuse an employee that could barely speak English and had unfortunately made a mistake at the cash register.
I've also witnessed shoplifting gone completely unnoticed and/or ignored.

I tend to return items from time to time, I always have my receipt. When I returned the item the cashier was going to just give me $3.00 when I paid $8. I explained this to the cashier at customer service and showed her my receipt. She was kind enough to call the PIC ( person in charge) she was always kind and attentive during my return. Thank you!

Kmart it's self has great prices and lots of sales. But this store here has rude staff and poor customer service. It's needs to be managed better. Has a great clean restrooms. It's somewhat organized. There is NO employees ever around to help you out with any questions? ??..

Absolutely no sense of urgency by any employee. The man who appeared to be a manager or supervisor was so unbelievably rude to both the customers and the employees that if I hadn't already ordered something for pick up and already paid for it I would not have spent my money there at all. He talked to both myself and other customers around me like we were all idiots and shouldn't be wasting his time. I will not return to this location.
