What a Horrible manager he was!!! Here is my experience. My wife bought some curtain items a couple of months ago. She did not like them and she wanted to return it, but did not have time, so when we needed to buy some wall decorations, We came back to the store And we brought the items we wanted to return along. The lady on the register said she can't do it and the manger has to do it since we did not have the receipt for it. She called him on the radio, and after a while, he showed up. He took the items and went to the back to check. He comes back and said "when did you get it?" My wife said a couple of months ago. He goes..."but you said I bought it a couple of days ago" (which she didn't). Thinking it is a miss understanding, I interjected and said how far back can you check on transactions? He says "I can go as far as a year. At this point, I thought my wife must have purchased it at a different location and asked the manager to just give us the items back. He literally took the items we brought to return and says I won't give you back. he refused to give us the items back. I was shocked at this. He said if we want, we can fill a form out and someone one will back to us. When We asked why we are not able to get the items back, his response was that we did not have a receipt and he could not see a record in his system showing sale for those items. After some heated back and forth, he goes back and brings the items and says "here you go. No bed bath and beyond store will do a return without a receipt." We were fine with him not returning, but what was upseting is his refusal to give us the items back. I have never seen such thing anywhere, and this coming from a manager makes it more frustrating. I highly suggest you avoid this store. I do not have the manager's name, and I will update my comment when I get it. 😡 😡😡😡😡😡

I had a terrible customer service experience experience at the Roseville, MN Bed Bath & Betond today. I was ignored from the moment I walked in, had 3 people work as hard as they could to avoid helping me with a return of defective merchandise . Then the cashier did nothing but complain about working there and having to deal with customers!!
