The candle I purchased said it was on sale. At the register it was ringing up full price so I tell the cashier and she tells me they aren't on sale. I tell her the sign said they were then she says it's only certain fragrances and I tell her the sign didn't specify certain scents and she just told me it did and didn't offer to go check. I wasn't going to argue about a couple dollars and hold up the line but this is not the kind of customer service I want or expect.

Return I had was super easy to do - Harmon's attached so I killed two birds with one stone- and - I saved $48 by using millions of coupons!! Fantastic!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I walked are the whole store and could not find a nice warm bath.

not a fan of bed bath and beyond. everything is over priced. good when you have coupons. staff didn't know where anything was.

This store location is okay. The staff is helpful when you can find one. They just don't have good compelling products. It's more of "as seen on TV products" that usually aren't even that good.
