I was at this store on Sunday morning shopping for gifts off a registry for a party that day.  While shopping there were no less than 5 associates who asked me if I needed help.  I was shopping for less than 20 minutes.  I went to checkout and waited 10 minutes at customer service (the only register open) before an employee came up and opened a register.  I pulled up an email I had received that morning with a 20% off coupon to use and the associate, Kianna, said she needed the barcode to give me the 20% off.  I clicked on the coupon and no barcode appeared.  I asked Kianna to call someone or a manager to help and she refused saying she didn't know anyone in the store who could help.  Short on time and patience I checked out without my 20% off NOT being used.  I will not be shopping there ever again.  There must be stores with much better customer service nearby.

Lots of good and fancy stuff for the house. Sign up for the discounts via email or regular mail.

It is very similar to other big box retail stores. Huge selection, staff can be helpful depending on the day (I've had several really positive experiences). I think this location is slightly bigger than other ones I've been to.
