I had a wonderful exsperance that day. I was in and out in no time. They fixed my recall on My 2007 Aspen which was something to do with the airbags. Very friendly employees, very clean and up beat. Was welcomed at the door.

We called ahead to see the used Jeep they had just posted for sale.  5 hours later they did not even wash it,, it was never inspected, no buyer's guide sold with the vehicle that was still under warranty.  The money man in the back office never called our credit union and openly sought credit agencies dropping our credit over 50 points in less than an hour with 12 lending companies.  Then told us Chrysler Financial was our only option at 12% interest.  They wrote in our contract we could come back for inspection and repairs as we were still under warranty.  When we called to schedule we were denied service, had our local mechanic look at the vehicle and the entire electric service and wiper motor were botched.  All warranty covered issues when we bought it.  No one will return a call and the service written in our contract has never been honored.  Terrible service and we are with legal consultation.  Never trust these scammers.

Brian called and apologized, took our Jeep in to fix the problems. He and the service manager seemed sincere in over coming issues that needed improvement.

I recently traded my Jeep Wrangler for a Cherokee Trailhawk. Barb Bailey was my sales representative.  From the moment I sat down with her, until the minute my deal was closed, there was never any pressure to" buy this car before the other 19 people, waiting for it, grab the deal.  Speaking of deals; I got, what I considered a fair honest deal; both; on the price of the new vehicle and my trade-in value.  While there; I must have met the whole staff of the Dealership; all down to earth people.  They made me feel like I was part of the family.
