Bad experience. Worked with Tom, he was nice to begin with. When got to negotiating, he took it personal and treated my wife and I like we were kids and started giving us a lecture about the car. In fact, we did our research, that's why we came 1 hr away to negotiate. This is business man, it's a dealership, we're not looking to come and purchase the car at full price. Very unprofessional when we came to a deal, he offered us $14500 on the vehicle we negotiated on. My wife and I went outside to talk about it, he ran back out 3mins later and then said "My boss said I can't do $14500 (When this was his offer) and lowest I can go is $15500." Funny was that he printed us out a receipt tag with all the numbers calculated at $14500, when he came back out to talk to us, he demanded it back. Apparently want to hide it, now that he's going back on his words. When did a "honest " (his quote) dealership, turn back on their word and negotiate back up after giving us a set offer already? of course we left, no honesty, no integrity, easily offended on negotiating TOM. Apparently, your job is not a salesman.

The experience was stress free and the staff will help you with any questions you have, which made me feel like they cared 100% and made the experience enjoyable instead of frustrating like you would expect.

Mr. Wessels personally talked through my needs for the car and his staff drove it 20 miles to be mechanically inspected at the shop of my choice. Top notch stuff from an honest-to-goodness business.

The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process. They have a great inventory at very reasonable prices. After our last vehicle broke down(not purchased through wessles) we were in need of a new vehicle as soon as possible and they made sure that we got into our car as fast as we could after we picked one out. I will recommend Wessels to everyone I know looking for a new car. And when it comes time to get another new vehicle we will be back.

Had our first experience with Wessels last week. My wife any I were in the market for a minivan and were quite impressed with their selection. Our salesman Brad was very knowledgeable and non-pressuring throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a used vehicle!
