I was involved in an accident and insurance totalled my car. I was had been in the market for a new vehicle already and when I went to pick up my rental at Enterprise, I mentioned this to the agent, and he had Norman Richardson at Car Sales in Mechanicsburg call me. Norm told me they had a vehicle on my list at the lot, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day.
To keep things short, this was the most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had. Norm and his manager Jackie took care of us, explained what they offered for service after the sale, and I left in my new car.
I am still in the honeymoon phase with my SUV, but I'm pretty sure I will still talk about Enterprise and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Very nice people but they get busy times and appointments over lapse. Two days before New Year's I was there getting around car we had all the information we needed before I go out there and then once I got there so information had changed and I spent 3 hours until things got finalized.
Overall not a bad place just very time consuming

Very helpful in looking for the right vehicle for my needs and comfort. They listened to all my questions and answered them. Got a good deal on the vehicle I purchased with the good monthly payment range. I would definitely recommend friends and family to enterprise car sales.

As a realtor in business for myself, I am particularly sensitive to how customers are interacted with and provided direction to their decisions.

From start to finish and after the sale these folks have proven to be awesome at what they can and will do to help their customers.

I worked directly with Marlon and Jackie but met several of the others that are out front working with their customers.

I am certain those working behind the scenes in the office and service department are just as outstanding in supporting the needs of their fellow front-office staff in order to satisfy the Expectations of their growing client base.

I've been taking time to refer them to everybody I hear even mention that they are considering looking for a car.

I enjoyed sitting and watching their team go about their business and am impressed with their business model.

I'd be proud to be one of their team and able to offer meaningful impact to so many folks looking for an excellent solution to their car search.

They certainly were a complete answer to my needs.

Thanks and appreciation to ALL that help me make my decision to purchase my truck from them.

I bought a used 2017 F150 XLT from Enterprise in Mechanicsburg and it was a great experience. I never even knew they sold vehicles until I got a rental truck and I asked the rental car associate. 

I am a loan officer so being in a service industry customer service is crucial for me. Matt Gekoski helped me find exactly what I was looking for. We actually had it shipped in from NY and he kept me updated every step of the way. 

Lastly, there was a small issue with the steering that they corrected upfront and paid for. Overall I felt like the price was reasonable and service was unparalleled. I would suggest buying from Matt Gekoski to all of my friends and family.
