My husband and I bought a used F150 on a Saturday. Is was very busy there. Bob Ruth was recommended by a family member. I had been in a few weeks before and spoke with Jeff. When we came in this time to just “ look” Jeff remembered what we were looking for. He was wonderful to deal with. He patiently showed us trucks. We ended up finding one we really liked. The whole process went much quicker than other vehicles we have bought. The food truck was a big help!  I really feel like I could call them if I had a problem and they would try to help. I look forward to having service done there. Jeff made the process fun, even though I know he was working with several customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and will recommend Bob Ruth to anyone.

I drove up from MD to purchase a 2015 Ford Fusion. After driving up on a Monday evening after work (made an appointment) the person I was dealing with was busy with another customer. So Jeff Turner took over my sale. Jeff spent 30 minutes searching for the keys to the car. Unable to find them he let me drive a similar car to see if I would be interested in the other car. Jeff is a nice salesman and a great person. I would highly recommend going to buy a car from Jeff. He went above and beyond for me. Any questions I had he either had the answer or was able to quickly get the answer. Because of Jeff I had a great experience and would buy again from him.

I often bring my vehicles in to BR Ford for service, and state inspection.  The experience is getting better each time.  These guys and gals are showing that they understand what my concerns are by proactively communicating any potential expenses, and letting me know when the vehicle should be ready.  Later, they call and confirm when it will be ready.  They're hitting on all cylinders. 
Overall, I'm liking the experience at BR Ford the last several times I've brought a car in for service.
I just need to see better quality from FORD Motor Company, in their new vehicles.

The service here was amazing. Everyone I came into contact with, whether it was the front desk associate who answered my call, the car salesman, and the account manager were all extremely helpful, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. They matched what other dealerships were going to give me for my car and helped me and they've even reached out to me when they were off of shift when I had a question. You can tell that they're enjoying what they're doing. I'd definitely buy a car from this dealership again.

I had a wonderful experience at Bob Ruth Ford. Jeff who sold us our car was personable. The car we purchased was a 2012 Ford explorer and it only came with one key since it was a used car. I went back in 2 days later to get another key and they gave it to me. I thought that was amazing. Ford charges about $250, and Key personal that they have come in on wed which why I was there charges about $200.
