Unreliable testing performed. Extremely unprofessional. After initially posting this poor review, a staff member actually called my cell phone to inquire about the terrible service I received and, I assume, to try and convince me to remove said post. I received 3 phone calls in total with voicemails left from a very pretentious sounding woman wanting ME to call THEM back to discuss my issue! The issue being: I was having a drug screening performed at the request of a prospective employer. Have never done any drugs at any point in my life, yet test came back "inconclusive" 3 times. Piss poor customer service and shoddy workmanship. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I wish I could give this place less stars. Last winter, I had an emergency and needed urgent care; however, I did not have insurance. I called around many urgent care clinics, but Bedford Occupational Acute Care said that I would only have to pay however much I could. When I went in, the ladies reiterated the same message. I paid my bill, got my receipt, and left. However, in April I got a call saying that I owed another $86 to cover eye ointment I received and more fees for my visit. Had I known during that visit I had to pay for ointment, I would not have taken it. $56 for eye ointment I didn't even use? I believe I should have been informed during that visit that I had a remainder balance. If you want to deal with rude people from the billing office and hidden fees, go ahead. However, I'm sure there are more honest places you can go to.
