been going there for years they closed my son's case because he didn't want to go therapy but I talk to him and he said he would go I called his therapist and her voice mail said that she was on leave then I got a letter saying that his case was closed I have called her multiple times to get him back in or at least for a referral to get his meds somewhere else and I have not got a call back without his meds he is having problems at home and school

This place is garbage. No available doctor in the office to prescribe medications. Makes it very hard to treat a diagnosis. Very inexperienced staff. Can't properly diagnose or treat people. They will not fill paperwork for the disabled. If you want to actually better yourself this is not the place to go. Thankfully I at least know when I need mental help and am willing to travel a little further for more appropriate care

One of the worst medical, and/or mental health operations I have ever experienced in my lifetime. If you need help, do NOT attempt to find it here. Disorganized, inexperienced, unfriendly and generally the worst environment you could imagine. This place should be closed down.

Sadly, the only choice for people in Nashua without private insurance. It's the poorest run office I've ever been to; often losing appointments, refill requests (that's if you can even get an appointment with someone for medications, I had to wait about 5 months for an appointment, which they then lost, and had to wait another 2 months), and once they even told me I was no longer a patient after my doctor left the practice and no one had notified me. Unfortunately, as this is literally the only option for nashuans with medicaid/medicare, I doubt anything will ever change. Prepare to be treated very, very poorly by staff, who will have no issues insinuating that you're a criminal, an addict, or an "unsafe insane-o", as I was told once by a receptionist here. The facility itself is in pretty bad shape, the waiting area usually smells faintly of urine and sweat, and you may be harassed by other patients. The quality of care you'll receive here will vary from abysmal to "ok, I guess, since it's literally my only option..." The actual doctor that I see is fantastic, when I can actually see her. I'm now in the habit of making the receptionists show me, on their computer screen, that my appointment has been added, and that my information is still in the system (once I was so ehow taken out of the system entirely, and even though I had been a patient for years, I was made to redo the entire intake process as a new patient, even though that mistake was on them. I then had to wait another 3 or 4 months for an appointment. This is not rare, and you will see people complaining of this while waiting in the waiting area) Honestly, I am absolutely amazed that this place is allowed to receive state funding, as it is one of the least helpful, most stressful places you could receive care. If you have to go here be prepared to spend most of your time arguing with staff over your refill that you called in 4 or 5 times, the appointments that have mysteriously disappeared from the system many times, and incredibly long wait times to see a doctor. And understand, also, that you will not be treated with any tiny bit of respect from the staff, nor will you receive quality care. And certainly don't go in expecting compassion or understanding.
