Be careful with their process as it results in crazy charges. I am a new patient asking for a physical checkup ONLY, and in most places they complete the paperwork and have your checkup with one appointment. But this place separated my physical into two days so they could charge more under different categories. Important part is they WON"T tell you this until after it happens. The first day was a complete waste of my time, only coming in to fill out paperwork as a new patient (I can do this online before the meeting but they don't allow that) - they call it an office visit, therefore I have a co-pay. I was under impression that physical is always covered in full, but it's not the case anymore when they CALL it differently. So I had to pay for something I didn't ask for, just because I didn't know their tricky process/business before hand. Always check before you do anything, don't have any assumptions.

This was the worst experience of my life. This place is beyond low income. The receptionist and staff are incompetent and unable to do their jobs. They asked me to help verify my health insurance because they don't call or verify via email. Waited 2 hours for a simple intake to do paperwork. Never going back.

if ihave a psychological crisis by stopping the heart.dont accuse anybody of this case, but this is due of negligence and ignorance and using trick with minds of innocent immigrant in ignorance of the law governing the hospitals and the lack of proficiency in the language to get involved in the giant of money such as privatization to be unable to pay, A medical assistance card is available for me only $ 20 per each doctor visit. In the latter, new year, you sent him a medical bill where he found each visit of doctor calculates $ 200 even though he has a medical assistant card 100% dicount with your hospital. because of non-payment you sent him to the credit of collection without contact him to explain. In this method has been eliminated and throw out him from your hospital with best technic so he can't feel that there is racial discrimination against the immigrant from your office especially who works in front desk receptionist(except doctor and nurse friendy with me).for me this is discrimination but perfect way with hidden signs. iwant to advice new englants dont visit this hospital( Manchester community center).go to CMC or Elliot hospital.when ifeel better iwill file complaint lawsuit at court distrect in Manchester against your hospital.

I have been going to Manchester Community Health Center for over 15 years, at the beginning, I did have a few problems on refills, and taking forever to get a phone call for test results. They changed their system on all that, and I can honestly say I never have a problem at all. I love Igbal, the PA I see there. Never do I feel rushed, she takes her time explaining things to me, and faxes my refills while I am there so I can pick them up right away at the Pharmacy. I have never met anyone rude, there, and if I did I would have said soomething. To the ones that complain about the wait, you have to realize, every day is different there, they may have had an emergency come in, and had to fit the person in, and I am sure if it was you, you would want the same . Patience is a virtue... you will learn in life.

I have experience as a nurse and have had lots of health care homes because I have lived in several cities. The standard of care delivered by MCHC compares favorably with the primary care I received from Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's and is better than any other office that I have been a patient with in NH, Oregon and Chicago. My children are cared for their as well. I applaud their commitment to high standards and low costs.
