After two long days of looking for some very specific pieces of furniture, we ended up at Furniture Row.  I always dread walking into commission based sales stores because you know you won't be able to just look around.  But I was pleasantly surprised.  David was a great help to us.  They were having a pretty big clearance sale, and we were able to take the furniture home right then.  We saved even more by purchasing the floor models, which had a few teeny scratches, but with kids the tables would have been scratched very soon anyway.  They also have a great selection of area rugs.  And great prices on 7'x10' sizes.

I agree with Mr. B below. My fiance and I went to Furniture Row two weeks ago to purchase 2 couches. We were told upon order that they likely wouldn't be available until the following week as we had missed the opportunity to order before the current week's deadline. My fiance called the next weekend just to be sure that our order hadn't come in, and was told they were not yet in the store, but was promised they would be on the next truck shipment. As it is now Friday, we were expecting a call and never received one. We called for a second time to receive a status (heaven forbid someone call out to us and keep us informed) and was suddenly told our couches were on backorder. Certainly, one would think that a sales person should have informed us of this at the time of purchase, or at the very least when we called to check the first time. They did however have no problem immediately processing the money we had given them for our "phantom couches." This place is inexpensive, but don't bet on having your purchase in the month you buy it.

I had to laugh because I just saw one of their TV commercials telling us everything is available right now and what a load that is.  We purchased a table over a week ago that was not in stock and was told in would be in sometime that week.  No phone call, email, nothing.  Went to pick it up and were tol "oh, the truck was too full, it will be here Monday".  So how are we supoosed to pick something up on Monday when they're only open weekends?  Staff is indifferent at best and act as if they're doing you a huge favor by answering questions.  Somewhre between being pounced on at Art Van and being treated like a Meijer customer would be nice.  Shop elsewhere.

I moved in a new house and purchased many furnatures from different stores: Williams, Art Van, Klingmans, and some small items from the other furnature stores. My experience in Furniture Row is the best. The salesman "Paul" impressed me with his kind and sincere attitude. I have once cancelled an order of a shelf and want to replace a dinning table with a very small defect, they allowed my cancelation without any question and replaced my dinning table very quick. However, my cancellation of an order one week before shipping in Williams was not allowed and my purchase experiences and exchanging experiences in the other stores made me suffered. Also the products in Furniture Row have great qualities and you can always get good deals for high quality products. The service in Klingmans is good too, but its prices are a little high. I am totally satisfied with the products and services in Furnature Row. I have recommanded Furnature Row to my friends and I will definitely buy from them again in the future.
