The first month they double-charged me, taking $170 from my account instead of my minimum payment of $85.  On top of that, they took it a day late even though I processed the payment online a day early, and tried to charge me a late fee of $26.  The rep I talked to then said they've waive the $26 fee and apply the $85 to my next bill.  They lied about both.  Even though I paid the $111 almost a month early, and only owed $85, they still charged me a late fee.  Now my $85 is due in September but they're saying I owe $121 in August.  Once again, a representative offered to waive the $62 in false late fees, but refuses to apply my early payments to the correct months.  I've checked back on the account and the $62 has not been waived yet, so it looks like I was lied to yet again.

Poor customer service. A different story with each phone call. Charged more than the advertised, posted, price stated. Only a partial delivery with no explanation beyond "call your sales rep". If I could give a negative score, I would.

I can vouch for the professionalism and customer service offered by the Store Manager and staff after issues with my purchase were brought to their attention. The delivery team of this store is especially courteous, careful, and professional. Thank you for getting me taken care of, guys.

Over priced. Staff is responsive but univolved until you are ready to purchase. The head board we recieved was damaged. They exchanged it with no issues, just very disconnected and unapologetic. First and last time.
