Customer Service at the Showroom is Non-existent

I drove to the Showroom because I wanted to view a piece of furniture that the furniture row website stated was only available in the Showroom. This location was not the closest to my home, but I decided to drive there to see this particular piece. When I arrived, not one person offered to help me or ask if they could help me find what I was looking for. The place is massive and really hard to look for something in particular. I looked everywhere I could and then decided to go to the desk that stated "Guest Services" on the wall behind the counter. A lady did ask me if I needed some help, so I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She didn't know where it was, but politely told me that she would find someone that did. A man then approached me from behind the counter. I showed him the picture and he stated that "yes, I know where it is. Do you see that gray wall way down there? If you walk down there toward that wall, it should be about 10 to 15 feet from the end on the left." Didn't offer to walk down with me or look in the computer to see if they had it in stock or anything. I knew that it wasn't down where he described because I had already been down that isle twice. It just seemed like nobody cared if I was finding what I needed or wanted except the one lady behind the counter. What a shame that customer service is non-existent there. I was ready to purchase this piece too. I'm really disappointed.

I bought a couch they had in stock, when it was delivered it did not fit, so it had to be returned.  I ordered it in smaller pieces instead and was told it would be ready in 4-6 weeks.  At this point I was satisfied with the service, however, it took over 12 weeks for the couch to be delivered.  I had to call them multiple times to even get an ETA.  Many of my calls were not returned even when the sales rep said they would call me back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They lied to us multiple times about the status of our order. I had to stay home from work, so they could deliver the table they had ALREADY failed to deliver once before. Again, WE HAVE NO TABLE. The customer service is horrendous. One of their associates, Isabelle, gave us her personal number to try and make the situation better, and when we called it, she told us to call customer service. All show, and no follow through. Don’t give out your number if you can’t give the service you say you will. I am so disappointed. Jeff did his best to make it better, but it cannot make up for the constant stress of having to deal with a terribly inefficient company.
