The showroom was great but the person who helped me did not know what she was doing. She did not know the products she was selling. After guiding her through her own showroom, I finally decided on an ottoman. She wrote it up and I paid for it. I then asked if she was certain that she ordered the correct material. After going back into the system, she realized that the piece wasn't available in the color I thought I was getting. The order was cancelled. Had I not double-checked, I would have been stuck with a piece of furniture I didn't want. She thanked us for our patience and for helping learn something new that day. Guess that was supposed to make up for the hour and a half I spent in the store without filling my furniture need.

Terrible company. Terrible service. Terrible products. Terrible warranty. Waste of time. They advertise "deluxe" but their products are not durable whatsoever and lack any quality.
The leather couches "Everest" line had issues and tears as they delivered. Out of 5 pieces purchased for our "deluxe" leather couch, 3 of them have had issues immediately to now (only 4 months). One immediately (took The Showroom multiple pictures and two months to get a replacement). One had leather tears as their delivery team put it in place; they never responded to the pictures. This piece has never been used even. The last piece had issues a few months later. It says it's a wall hugger couch. The couch is 8-12" from the wall and the company said it's our fault it tore. They ask you to take pictures and send and then use the "fine print" of why it's not their fault for the warranty; the leather tears weren't covered under their one year leather warranty because it wasn't the right type of seam team - guess they arbitrarily decided it's not their fault. We had other issues with the company including them pulling their rewards program and more. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This ended up being a terrible $4,200+ learning lesson. If the couch tears this many times in 4 months, we don't have hopes of our leather couch lasting. I'm sure that nobody in The Showroom would appreciate spending $4,200+ on a product that is shoddy only to be quoted the fine print on not honoring their warranty. This purchase has cost us endless hours of follow up, lots of frustration on their lack of service, frustration with their terrible "deluxe" products. I wish I would've NEVER walked into The Showroom.
Our last leather couches purchased at American Furniture looked almost as good as new 10 years after the purchase even having teenage kids and their friends sitting on it several times a week. Do yourself a favor and shop some place other than The Showroom that will actually care and provide quality products! Review shows my location as CA which is incorrect. This review is for The Showroom in Denver, CO.

The store layout is beautiful.  You will get excited until the prices are revealed. Over priced furniture. I did not find what I was looking for.  It probably doesn't matter, it would have been over priced anyway.

Store have good furniture for competitive price, but if something go wrong... Customer services unpleasant. Take months to fix small damage. I already wait more than a month for my sofa to be fixed.
