Dr. Bejjani has been a VERY good doctor while I've been under his care at Valley Presbyterian hospital. He clearly cares, he does a good job, and he communicates clearly and succinctly. Historically, my attempts to follow up with his office are a different matter: I routinely receive contradictory follow-up advice from his receptionist in regards to the details of my case. I try to reconcile these inconsistencies with the receptionist, but she gives me nothing but an uncaring attitude and a brick wall. There is, simply, no discussing anything with her, and I'm left feeling isolated from my care, unsure of the proper next step, and without proper support. Now, I believe we, as patients, are the ONLY true advocates for our care; however, a doctor and his staff should consistently support this advocacy. I cannot find this consistency, as yet.
