It's unfortunate to see the negative about Dr Julian, but I couldn't disagree more!! Bottom line she is a doctor and just because she is more on a serious level doesn't make her a bad person. If you are a child going to see a doctor that is trying to make you smile and give you a sucker at the end then no she is not for you!! She is knowledgable and her diagnosis has always been spot on. I trust her, and have for the past 22 years. I go out of my networks doctors to get to her. I am not concerned with her babying me, I am concerned with getting the proper treatment if something is wrong, bottom line!! She is doctor that corrects your problems, not one that keeps you coming back for more and more visits to get more income like other offices.

Don't go to this place, this is the worst place to go, plus the old woman is rude and the manager doesn't care when you tell her any problem.

This is the worst doc to go to for medi-cal or healthnet. She never takes you at your appointment time, just takes up to 90 mins jsut to see you and not even the receptionist says anything about being late.. She also tryed to say my gf was not in pain and she was and she jsut said that " Its not suppose to hurt>" but it is and she just walked out the room. Please if you are reading this and looking for a doctor please don't go to this doc. Her waiting room is hot like a oven and always filled like it was a bus. Equipment is also all used and looks like it needs to be cleaned. She is a mess and never talks to you about anything , jsut comes in , mumbbles cause you cant understand her and you have to ask what your results are. I have so many things to say but please DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR . SHE IS THE WORST DOC  EVER!!!!
