Hello Everyone!! so back in June 2013 me and my husband got married the fist year of marriage i tough i was pregnant did a home pregnancy and it was Negative months pass by then my doctor put me in birth control to Regulate my period i told her i always have a period sometimes 2x a month i bleed a lot my Body wouldn't take the pills i would bleed for 20 days straight and heavy cloths so then i got an ultrasound and my uterus wall was super thick so then 3 years pass i email my doctor asking her why cant i get pregnant??? or how can i check she Oder blood test then i got my answer i was diagnose with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) then a coworker told me about DR. Veronica i called made an appointment i took all my blood tests she review them and  she told me the me as a Dr. i would want you to loose weight first before anything else she answer all my questions all my fears to the birth control she told i will give u a small amount to start and see how you feel all this happen on APRIL 2017 then on July 17 2017 i had an ultrasound to check the wall of my uterus i found out it was getting  thin. So far everything she told me to do is working i have an appointment on October to get my Ovulation pills Im praying we could finally get a Positive pregnancy test  by End of November or December i highly recommend her the Staff is Great everyone is very nice even when you call the girls are very helpful.** DON'T LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS  GO IN TALK TO HER SHE WILL TELL U HOW IT IS NO B.S  IM GOING TO CANCEL MY kaiser BECAUSE  FOR 3 YEARS THEY COULDN'T FIND ME ANYTHING AND CAME HERE AND LOVE IT

As it has been said before if I could rate this 0 stars I would! However, it gave me a tiny bit of satisfaction that 1 star is considered "hated it".   

Moving forward. I went to this establishment because Dr. Abusleme came highly recommended by my mother and this being my first pregnancy I chose to believe mother knew best. Terrible timing to start believing my mother and not the horrible reviews. 

Dr. Abusleme herself is a good doctor but not easily reachable. I was constantly told the doctor is only in 2 days a week  and expect each visit to start well over an hour after your scheduled appointment time. 

Being my first pregnancy I had multiple questions and concerns post labor (but I'm not an overbearing person and or unreasonable) and  each time I called to either leave a message to the Doctor or try to get a call back at a time more convenient for her I never did. 

The front staff is beyond unprofessional (both in person and over the phone). I kept giving them opportunities to prove the negative reviews wrong but I was never surprised. I am trying to keep this review as professional as possible myself but just think of all the cliches of a run down clinic Front Desk staff and they're it. I will leave it at that.

I have  spoken to their "Office Manager " several times about this but she does not use any moment as a "coaching moment" rather just ignores it.  Even today I wasted my time bringing up a situation and all I got was the go around. So much so that when I brought up examples of their unprofessional and  rude behavior instead of taking those specific examples and as I said having them as coaching opportunities she just cut me off and asked if I was calling about my following appointment. It's baffling really.

When I said you really aren't hearing me out are you she said "it is hard to hear someone out that isn't being nice" 

Yes! I agree it is also hard to go to an office that should be the first representation of what Dr. Abusleme stands for but only get rude and "not fit to deal with patients " staff.

May it be known however that I was not being mean (I haven't even shown that side of me yet) just honest about events that have occurred with her staff. But some people I guess aren't cut out to truly manage or supervise instead try to turn the tables.

Not to mention they do not have a good organization system for their files/documents. For instance they provided a document for my employer stating I needed to start disability on a certain date. 2 months later my employer contacted them just to verify if this was still valid and they provided a different date thus getting my into a tough spot with both my employer and state disability. 

When I contacted them directly they had no recollection of this document and much less the dates. When I went in person and showed them a picture of this document with Dr. Abusleme's signature I was finally taken serious. But still not a single  apology for the misunderstanding only excuses or scapegoats. From management as well might I add. 

If you are taking time to read this long review thank you for your time and please go elsewhere. It might sound like first world problems to some because thank God my son is here in this world and after all Dr. Abusleme did deliver him successfully. 

However, if I could go back and do it all over again I would choose a different clinic and Doctor where I could look forward to all of my appointments, learn and most importantly feel wanted at the office not just seen like someone who's insurance will be charged for their paychecks. (My dentist's staff makes me feel more welcomed)

And if for some reason Dr. Abusleme reads this : I called multiple times and both staff and management know I was on the verge of writting a bad review  since November 2016 but I kept giving everyone chances. 

I am aware this is a long review but I hope my experience helps others and you have a better experience than I did.

I Love Dr Abusleme she has delivered both my boys my oldest is 12 now and I go every year for my physical to see her. She is knowledgeable and always trys to help me out. I dont disagree that her front office needs some front desk classes and better skills, but she is the best. Would not change her for the world.

If I would give this practice no stars, I would.  This office:
-Runs an hour behind the time of your stated appointment without notice or apology.  
-Will ask you to relinquish all your legal rights before seeing you.  
-Will neglect to tell you this prior to your appointment. 
-Will demand you sign the arbitration agreement or won't see you.
-Rude office staff
-Loud obnoxious TV in waiting room that everyone ignores.  
-Dirty and Disorganized waiting room jammed with PHARMA drug brochures in a jumble on every available surface. 
-8-12 month old magazines in disarray hanging limply stuffed into racks and boxes.  

This is what the front office looks like, I shudder to think about how disorganized medicines and supplies are in the back office or how clean exam and supply rooms are.

The people that work in the front office are the rudest people I have ever met!! They don't want to answer your questions. It's crazy I thought I was being punked... After several bad encounters with the front desk lady on different days.. I was so frustrated I called and asked to speak to the Dr directly they took down my number but OF COURSE no return call. I'm very very skeptical about even seeing the Dr now..People that work your front office represent you.
