Service: 5-we received wonderful service from our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable of the products they sold.

Variety:3 -We looking for a new living room set and a TV stand. Possibility pictures too. It was about a handful of TV stands. The ones that was decent I felt like they might have been a little over priced. The sectionals where nice as well, but the material was very "suspect" the sales person said it was very durable and sturdy, but it definitely didn't look like. The pictures we seen was absolutely beautiful and well priced. 

Pricing:3- I felt that the quality of furniture available didn't match with the price tag for just about everything we looked at. I will be returning to get some pictures because they where priced very decent compared to other stores in the area.

Overall: 3-We initially settled for a "leather" sectional that was about $700. We didn't go with the sectional because I read some reviews on the furniture and was horrified. They offer a protection plan I believe is about $70, but everyone said it was a waste of time purchasing. They also complained about the material being cheap and worn down very quickly. People also complained about delivery and how a lot of their merchandise was damaged and Bel- furniture wasn't comprising with them. Ended up going to rooms to Go, paid $300 more and got a nicer sectional and a TV stand.

I went in to shop around for bedroom furniture and Omid was very helpful. Not only was he knowledgeable about the furniture, his demeanor was really soothing and not forced. He was able to sell me on a beautiful bedroom and mattress set. I will definitely tell others about my experience.

Rene helped us and she was great! She picked up on our style and what we were looking for and showed us things that suited us. The prices are amazing! I'm super happy with the experience.

First of all when i entered the doors which mentioned something about being wowed I said okay lets see. I was met by a sales person by the name of Renee', she was very helpful with picking out some living room furniture.  Then she said your going to pick this one and I said why she pulled it up on line and the price wowed me and I said yes lol. She was awesome very professional and sweet and polite.  Thanks Renee'.

My salesperson was patient, understanding and well informed about the furniture that I was looking at.  She was well informed and made me feel comfortable all during my purchase.  She was willing to check every option available to best help me get something I would be satisfied with.  I would be happy to buy from here in the future.
