I have been searching for quite some time for a specific sectional with the exact layout I want. I called multiple places and no where had it in stocked so I decided to special order it and wait 6 weeks. Ricardo at Unique Home Furniture was very helpful from the very first day I called. He called me back right away with a quote that beat another furniture store I spoke to. I came in the very same day to pay and place the order. I waited and throughout the entire waiting process Ricardo was very responsive and reassured me my couch is on it's way. He gave me a date and it came the day before and he called me to come pick it up. I came by after work and of course my husband forgot to bring the rope. Ricardo was very generous and helped us load 3 large sectional pieces onto my husbands truck. It took us quite some time to figure out how we will tie it down so it doesn't fall. Ricardo even walked to the gas station next door to see if they sell any rope, but they don't. Then We received help from the gentlemen next door who brought ceramic wrap that we turned into ropes that made it work! We made it home safely and love our new couch! Definitely recommend this place and the service provided! Will definitely buy from here again!!

Let me start by saying that this place turned out to be blessing in disguise or a diamond in the rough for my wife and I. We went to several different furniture stores where either the price was too high, or when their furniture was delivered,  we had to return it due to bad experience during visual verification upon delivery. We saw this place as we were driving by and decided to give it a try. Ricardo listened to us regarding what we were looking for in a dining table and master bedroom Furniture and gave us a really good deal. We first ordered dining table to see how that would do. Upon delivery,  the dining table seemed to have no issues and it was delivered on time as Ricardo said. Our master bedroom furniture got delivered yesterday on time and again there were no issues. I highly recommend this place.  I understand that no one is perfect but at least give this place a chance if you have been having bad experiences elsewhere. As for us we will definitely use this place for our future needs God willing.
