The work that was done there was good but the customer service is lacking. The employee behind the counter was rude and grumpy and treated me like I was stupid

Bought 4 tires there a couple months ago. Go to have a leak repaired today and was told we close in an hour so no time to put a plug in.  Let me drive away with a low tire.  Will be at Discount Tire tomorrow after work

Our family has been going there for 15 or more years.  I have never been disappointed in their service or pricing. Neil is a great mechanic.
