Hey, I'm really glad I took my car to Redford Auto Repair on Wayne Rd. Their customer service was great. They explained everything clearly before doing the work and afterwards. I felt the prices were comparable to other shops in the area. They did the work pretty fast while I waited. I felt respected by the employees. The guy I mainly dealt with was polite, friendly and cheerful. I will definitely go back when I need more work on my car. I can honestly say I trust them. (My neighbor recommends them too).

Excellent service!! Speedy and very informative, they were worried about me as a customer and person rather than a dollar sign. Highly recommend for any and all repair needs. Joe especially helpful thanks again guys for getting me back on the road!!!

Today s my first visit and Worst experience.I wish i could give -5 star rating. Joe s worst fellow. Cheap minded. He disrespects customers. Pls Don’t fall for all good reviews, those are paid reviews.

Great service they took care of me after work near closing I'm greatful my breaks and rotors have been changed reasonable price. Steve and the others here were awesome to talk to and friendly (no joke). Anyways I recommend this place to anyone
