First they can't get their ducks in a row.   I called the 1800 number.   Someone did call me back but i was at work.   So i called the number provided back and they had none of the information i gave.   They said someone would call me back.   They put it in as an emergency service.   The emergency service called me back and I explained i the situation and this was not an emergency.   I asked him a simple question: what did the email say that he recieved?  So i know how far to back track.   He became agitated and rude then became a broken record.   He couldn't answer a simple question that had to do with me and became a huge duck.   I work in a call center.   I worked in customer service.   I may only be 36 but i have been doing this for 20 years.   I know how to and explain situations to customers especially one you are trying to aquire.  I just called him what he was (a dumb ass) And hung up.   Safe yourself the hassle.   Don't call them.  You'll get a run around and rude customer service.

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY. A high pitched nasally guy called me and told me he "needed my insurance companies estimate" to work with them to make sure he got the most money. Then he told me that i wasn't going to make any money from my claim and that he doesn't do estimates without a guarantee of work. Just look at the website with a fancy picture of a building that is clearly not located in New Jersey. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS THEY ARE CHEATS AND LIARS!
