Whole team was awesome.  
•	From the receptionist who admitted she was new and didn’t have all the answers but would find out and get back to us . . . and she did; 
•	to Felix who returned my call from the job site; 
•	to Debbie who was not only extremely knowledgeable but also able to explain in layman’s terms everything I needed to know as to what remediation was required; and
•	to Chris who quickly and efficiently remediated and installed and removed the fans and equipment timely;
•	And finally, back to Debbie who provided us with a summary of the work performed for our submission to our new potential home buyers.

My basement flooded from a washer and I was so concerned because my husband is battling cancer and mold is dangerous to his immune system. I called and you were at my home within a hour. You understood my concerns and explained exactly what needed to be done to prevent  mold growth and dry out the water. Your crew was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Servpro of Piscataway for your prompt attention and putting my mind at ease! Hopefully I never have to use you again but i know that if I do  you will be my first call.

I was so impressed with the rapid response from Servpro of Piscataway. They where there in less then an hour. Even though it turned out to be a very minor loss, they treated me as if I was there best customer.
