Very disappointed and very irresponsible. Do not recommend. We gave deposit mid October 2015, they did not come to measure till like 2 weeks later and just recently now on Feb 2016 was when they came to install. Prior to this they reschedule like 5 times, one of which I actually lost a day of work because they said they were coming and never did not even call to say they couldn't make it. Finally, after confirming the balance due and given the same amount twice, after the job was done they called us back and said there was a additional balance still owed. I clearly told them not to charge the card I had used prior,that I was not consenting to them charging the additional balance there.That I was going to call back with a different card.Without my consent they went ahead and did it anyway, they charge my card without my permission. The installers were careless with the railings letting them fall over my bushes. Overall not a good experience.

Awful from beginning when I was told I would have a quote in 24 hrs and it took 5 days. And the quote was for the wrong material. The sales person was unprofessional and just not polite. He spoke to my father and not me hen it was my house and I am th one paying for the product. Disgusting. Would not recommend for anything ever
