What a horrible experience. I recently visited this branch because over the holidays I was given a gift card and this was the nearest Belk's to my house. I recieved no help in finding anything I was looking for, not even a hello or an eye glance. I purposefully knocked over a display of bedding to see of anyone would help me or notice the mess. The experience only worsened when I approached a checkout line to simply ask a question. I waited over an hour for the one service woman to walk a customer all over the store. I would not recommend visiting or gifting items from a store that does not care about it's customers.

I went into Belk to shop for some makeup and was lucky enough to get Tessa! Tessa is a counter manager at Estee Lauder and she knows her stuff when it comes to make up. I'm pretty much a beginner, but Tessa was very personable and kind. If your in the area definitely look for her.

I was just in belk at citadel mall wanted to buy some perfume but the associate name Alice with the long wig was so rude and dispectful that I walk out I ask her a question because I did not see what I was looking for I could have help my self associate like that so early in day just lost a sale for y'all  today I don't appreciate rude people if she dont want to work then don't come Alive is awful I ask her something  and she was awful just turn me away I will go else way she need to be train well .

Love Belk! Fabulous clothes! A bit on the pricey side but you can sign up for coupons and catch the sales!
