About 70% of my baby's clothes are from here. Always a great selection.  I usually go when I get the convenient texts about special sales. Summer clearance weekend was AMAZING. Got so many cute clothes PLUS a gorgeous wooden kitchen set (they even let me use my 20% off card toward it)   Also got ten adorable outfits for my cousins baby for not much more than $10    Love love love.  Can't recommend it enough.  Staff very friendly and helpful too!!!

I really like this store (West Ashley location). I've found lots of really great outfits and shoes for very little money. And when they have clearance sales it's an even better value.  Just about all of my daughter's wardrobe is from this store. And I've been purchasing things for my son there for the past 10 years. The couple of times I've sold to them my items were sorted and my quote was ready within 20 minutes, so I got to shop while I waited. Overall I would recommend definitely this location.

The first time I shopped and sold at this location I had a good experience. I've gone a few times since then and the staff is rude. The girl who checked me out was mumbling under her breath and wouldn't even make eye contact. They also gave me barely nothing ($21) for what I sold to them (NOTE THAT ALL THE ITEMS THEY BOUGHT FROM ME WERE NEW WITH TAGS!) The items that they didn't buy were all in excellent condition!! Some were never even worn...it's almost like they pick and choose what they like. Which is wrong in my opinion. Never going to back this location. Very poor customer service.

I have been shopping at the Once Upon a Child in West Ashley for over 17 years!!!  The quality of clothing and name brands the have are out of this world.  I have saved so much money on my kids clothes thanks to them.  The staff is pleasant and greet me with huge hellos everytime I visit!!  Keep up the great job!!

Good for clothes under 8 /9 yrs old but very limited on boys clothes aged 9 and up. C- on shoes might have a better chance at goodwill....
Want to drop off kids items? Service might be great for buying items but disappointing when selling. Staff appears aggravated and curt with parents dropping off items. Not welcoming...
