Mind boggling bad service. Was unable to cancel an online order within 5 minutes of making the order. Was told I have to receive the item, return it to a store, THEN call back with case number in order to receive shipping cost refund. Why can't we just cancel right away and save everyone a lot of hassle? I was told that they did it this way "to provide good customer service."

Sadly, this location is closing, but the Northwoods Mall location will still be open.  CSR that served me was still cheerful despite of closure. Found some good bargains.

Its going out it business... And based on my experiences here over the years I know why. Even while I tried to get those last minute sales, the customer service was awful. The one associate was so slow I wasn't sure if I was at the DMV or a department store. I also had to return to the register after leaving because she forgot to cut the security tag off of one of the two items I purchased.

We made a special diamond purchase recently at the Citadel location. The Manager, Calvin Tucker, and Sales Associate, Ms. Pearline treated us like family. They made our experience a memory we will always cherish.  We will always come back!  Can't say enough about the kindness and hard work that make this store stand out among all the others.
