Worst thieves ever in the corporate world.  I have been waiting for 3 months for an exchange for a weed eater a warranty item that is on back order.  

Even complained to the CEO and they refused to refund my money and their associate has no authority anyway.  All they do is nothing but Blah Blah Blah!  Their corporate phone number only answers by voicemail and never respond.  Bottom line is they are going bankrupt and are told not to give refunds.

They just say nothing and hope you give up and go away. I hate people that steal!

Don't try calling that store either.  The only department that answers is fine jewelry.

Do the world a favor Sears, close your damn doors.

I used to love to go to Sears to buy tools.  But, the last few times I have gone there,  their stock has been diminishing.  I thought after the Northwoods store closed, the Citadel store would be busting at the seams.  Not the case. Their shelves are at least half bare and there was not a single loose screwdriver to purchase.   I think the days of sears and craftsman tools are on the way out.

Sears closed in North Charleston, SC. a short while back.

Gee, what  shock. 

Not much of a selection is my biggest gripe with them.  It's probably just a matter of time for this location, because case they aren't much better. 

I gave them two stars because they have OUTDOOR life brand shirt that I like, and it's not in other stores.

But even for this brand they have only a few selections. 

Hey, Sears -- why don't you just close up all the stores, and get it over with?

Every time I leave this store, I'm pissed off. Should have never bought a mower from there. Asked another department for help because nobody is in the lawn and garden. The lady said yes somebody is there. I said no there is not, Ive been there for 15 minutes. She said yes there is, go look..... Then a manager just smirked at me when I said I can't find anyone that works in the lawn and garden area. Avoid this place!
