Shout out to the bell police department for ruining my life. I’ve never had such a disgusting and dishonest encounter with any police officer until October 2017. I was in a neighborhood for the first time in my 21 years at a friends birthday party. I parked my vehicle in the street just like any regular citizen would do. That night I had planned to stay the night at my friends house because I was going to drink alcohol like a 21 year old does. I come outside to check on my car at 4 am because I was still iffy about leaving my new car in a neighborhood where I’ve never been before. As I come out I see someone standing by my vehicle. This gentleman was taking pictures of my vehicle. As I approached the gentleman I ask him why he was taking pictures of my vehicle and with the most disrespect he replied “because I can”. I was shocked and afraid because I did not know this persons intentions. So I bring out my phone to record the situation. Then the gentlemen preceded to tell me I was not suppose to park in a no 4am-6am then he told me I was going to receive a parking ticket. I admitted to not paying attention to the sign that said that so I asked him if it was okay to just leave my car there. He said no that he was going to tow it. I asked why and the gentleman told me “because I want to” at this point I began to question this gentleman’s intentions. I was not sure if he was trying to steal my vehicle due to his lack of professionalism. So I told I was going to move my vehicle around the corner closer to my friends house that way I was able to keep an eye on my vehicle. When I told him that he threaten me that he was going to give me a DUI I did not trust this person so I went ahead and moved my car. When I moved my vehicle I drove 5 mph and made a right and parked my vehicle. I waited in my vehicle because I was unsure of his intentions. The police had arrived and I stepped out of my vehicle. As I was stepping out I tried to communicate with the officer that that gentleman was trying to steal my car. Officer walker did not care of one word that came out of my mouth. He told me to get back in my car. So I listened just like I always do to every officer. When I go back inside my vehicle he proceeded to ask my why he pulled me over. At this point I knew that I was being bullied by the personnel in the bell police department. I was drinking but I had no intentions of driving my car because of that. He is a dishonest individual and for that this department had lost my trust. There was one officer that was in the cell she was really really nice to me and I am grateful for her. I got my vehicle towed I got a parking ticket for and I got a dui ticket and now I am convicted for the dui. I regret every single day of this situation because I would never put anyone at risk by driving drunk under the wheel of a car. I lost a very important person 8 months ago before this happened so I swore never to drink and drive so I didn’t. But these gentleman laughed at me as I was being arrested. The officer took my phone away because I called someone to let them know that I wasn’t going to be able to pick up my son the following day because I was wrongfully being set up by officer walker and the “parking enforcement”. His summary that he wrote was when I was in court was so full of lies. This review is not to disrespect any officer but to make people aware that not every officer is there to protect and serve but to lie and ruin people’s life’s. I could’ve put a 1 star but I am not like that I respect every officer and especially the one in the cells. I did not take this to trail because I am a single father with not enough funds nor time. All I can do is move forward. If you happen to be in the city of bell you should be carful when your around an officer because they will try anything to arrest you for something. All they see is dollar signs.

I had a good response from all the units and very supportive. They where not bias. They responded quickly to the situation. I am very grateful for all the support they provided to everyone involved.

Corruption .. been sweated by undercover officers around these area for no reason the involvement of CIA and FBI harassment by LAPD

These are some dirty dirty cops dirty slimy filthy pigs and I'm ashamed but these type of filthy pigs are what is running this department! I have many good friends that are officers fine upstanding police officers my nephew is a fine fine police officer but what's in this department are pigs their corrupt corrupt corrupt and we got video
