I had a robbery during a move to the tune of $80,000 worth of priceless pieces, but also all my shoes, my winter clothes accumulated over 50 years. I had to locate the individuals myself& after giving the info to police nothing was done& I was shined on like a jerk of a woman. I have heard excuse after excuse& these items were going to auction for expensive medical treatment, I can now not afford&I am homeless having been harassed out of my apt. Of 17 yrs. It’s terrible when,as a disabled person, people feel they can take advantage of you, but the police set the tone& I feel like I was raped by them. Both the captain& detective who said maybe I shouldn’t own so many possessions. I don’t own a house or stocks, do they? Am I not entitled to have saved after working with muscular dystrophy until I couldn’t. I understand the thieves better than the police, but for the third time in four years, they have done nothing. Shame on them! I know now why people take the law in their own hands-they have been pushed beyond endurance.

Why so hard to get the police to move the PEOPLE sleeping in front of my building to move some where so the kids can play on sidewalk where parent can watch them from home do they have more power than I 5715camerfrod av

Treated with the same cold disregard as any cop, especially those forced to work desk duty. Waiting room is neat with ATM.
