This is the 5th time the ATM has mis totalled my checks & of course shorted me! I go inside, wait in the teller line forever as the manager just sits in his office, the teller tells me to take a seat & wait for a banker. Really??? I just waited 15 mins for my own money. Takes a other 15 mins with a banker to tell me it will be 3 days before it get my money back. That's ridiculous! Its my money & their error! I have been a member here for 19 years, 4 business accounts & this is the way I get treated? Seriously get a new manager who helps customers & get your ATM fixed!!

THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE TO BANK EVER!! They will take money from your account in big amounts and not even tell you! one little mistake on a check I deposited months prior, they decided wasn't right and took the money back. I've deposited checks and they enter the wrong amount and its my fault. they don't take accountability and they don't treat you like a person! everyone in this bank is rude. No bank should ever make a person feel the way they made us feel!

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Every time I have gone, the staff is friendly. BellCo is much better than other large chain banks that I have dealt with prior.

I have banked with Bellco for 28 years. I have had only positive experiences. The people at this branch are professional, helpful and friendly.
