Friendly and professional staff. We just moved to the area and are happy to have a nice local bank.

No customer service at drive thru.  Greet your customers with a hello I will have that out in a a second. And let your face be seen on the camera, your looking at my face. At least I hope you are! when you are giving cash back at least. Poor rating for customer service!!!!!!!!!

This bank is usually fast and it's always clean. All the tellers are nice, I especially like Victoria who learned my name and my employees names and always asks us how our business is doing and how we are. I think she really cares. 

A few time some of the tellers have shorted me change but they alway fix their mistakes, now I always ask them to count it to me.

Poor customer service! Got an attitude, put on hold for a long time. "Sorry we didn't get back to you, we are working on trying to open the branch right now."...after being on hold for an extended period of time.
