I complained about this location before. Today 02-09-18, 11:42am drive through, sat over 5 minutes with no one even coming to the window. Appeared to be one person working inside. The girls working are nice, Chase is awesome, I have No Clue why the management of this location still has a job!

I slowly drove away, no one even in sight at the window, spent 35 minutes driving to another location and back home again passing 9611 W 58th. Thanks for wasting my valuable time!

Absolutely 0 stars came in before closing to open a checking and savings mind you I already have chase accounts and the whole time the banker guy was rude as hell acted like it was so difficult to open the account likenim sorry you don't close until 6 do your job! So annoyed right now terrible customer service I will definitely never come to this location again the branch I normally go to is way better!!!

This branch has the most terrible customer service that I've ever seen in a bank ever. I go to the drive-up on Saturday, I asked them to please cash my checks and they immediately deposit them they don't even ask me what I want to do. They just assumed. Then they made it seem like it was my fault because I didn't ask. I've worked at a bank before it you're supposed to ask them you're the teller not me. I am going to close my account this is ridiculous I've had so many problems with Chase lately it's stupid
