I ordered a corsage with red roses for my son's girlfriend for homecoming. I and the person I spoke with to order it looked at the same picture. I got there to pick it up and the roses were a burgundy color. They offered to remake it with white roses with the tips painted red (They showed me one it was nice) when they brought out the final product the tips were painted pink. I said now it's pink not red.... so I said just make it with carnations that's the best they had to red. This rude old man comes from the back and shows me the carnations I said that's fine for the color I need. He made it seem like it was my fault they didn't get it right the first time, then wants to give me sloppy painted pink roses. When I got home I had to pull off the hot glue that was all over the carnations. I know the old man making them was annoyed having to make it again but he still could have been professional I was a paying customer. Not to mention I was charged the same price for carnations as they were charging for roses that I didn't get.

Woman who answers the phone has NO customer service skills! She puts everything off in the owner and can’t be bothered helping you! I walked in and no customers were there and I was told I couldn’t be helped and needed to make an appointment! Don’t bother! I walked out, guess that’s the reason the place was empty! Terrible experience! Find someone who cares, it’s not these people!

I would be sure never to use again, living out of state I wanted to surprise my in-law with flowers and the florist wants to call to see of she will be home.  I have used several florist over the years and none have asked me for the recipients phone number.  I'm very disappointed so never again, way to ruin the surprise
