I ordered flowers and a box of chocolates to be delivered to my girlfriend's workplace on Valentine's Day.  After not hearing anything from by girlfriend by 12:30 PM, I started to get nervous (as she only works until 3), so I tried calling the shop to check the status of my flowers- it went straight to voicemail.  I must have tried to call 15 times over a 2 hour time span, but the phone lines were completely disconnected.  This was stressful and I had no idea what to think.  She ended up getting her flowers close to 2PM, but they had forgotten the chocolates.

When I called the day after and explained the situation, the woman seemed extremely apologetic.  Not only did she refund my money for the chocolate, but she sent the chocolates I originally ordered to my girlfriend that day PLUS a complimentary half pound of chocolate (I only ordered a quarter pound) AND an entirely new bouquet of flowers (which was absolutely gorgeous).  So at the end of the day, I only paid for 1 bouquet of flowers, but I received 2 bouquets, a half pound box of chocolates and a quarter pound bag of chocolates.

At the end of the day, although they caused me a few hours of stress on Valentine's day, they more than made up for it and seemed genuinely apologetic about the situation.  This is more than I could have ever asked them to do, and I would definitely shop here again.  Hopefully they learn to limit the amount of orders they take on Valentine's Day in the future.

I have been using floral expressions for the pass 5 years and the never disappoint me in delivering the best flowers! I will recommend them to anyone!! Great job keep it up!!

Called to inquire about sunflowers and was told that they only carried gerber daisies. When asked if there was another local florist that they would recommend, she replied, "I have no idea who has what flowers, I just know that I don't have them." 

I would understand if the floral business is too cutthroat to make that kind of recommendation...but the shortness of the response was enough to insure that I'll never call again.

They did a beautiful job and everyone loved the flowers. Nurses and visitors continued to ask where they came from. I asked for over the top and this florist delivered. Thank you for such a beautiful arrangement.
