Please fix it so the pay meters fully function!  These things are horrendously unreliable.  Per a year of frequent on campus expereinces.  Cash option never fully takes bills.  Even new crisp ones.  Chip often struggles to read and send a payment signal.  Had to frequently bounce between lots to see if it was a bad meter.  It was.  This is a time waster.  Not everyone knows about the free parking after a certain hour in the evening.  Had to call the hotline to figure out why the machines were disabled.  No rule bulletin board explaining the how to's.

I have near missed a few tests because I had to fuss with the paid meters for over thirty minutes.  Very kind students offering me their no longer needed parking stubs.  Sorry, but I shall do online form now on.  My on campus visits will be as little as possible.  Free parking is non existent now.

The only positive thing I can say about this garage is that it elevates the headache of full parking lots in the morning.  Before the thing existed.
