I love my home! The location is perfect for work and play. I can be downtown or in the Mts, in 10 minutes(w/o traffic). I was initially placed in a weekly space until a monthly opened up. Now they can't get rid of me. 😊
The staff is impeccable, so helpful and knowledgeable. They do run a tight ship and that keeps this a nice, safe place for me and my puppy. I don't even lock my door sometimes! They receive many packages for me, provide a clean facility with showers and laundromat. When I have problems with the laundry machines, they promptly correct the issues. They have propane or anything I need. Mgr lives on property. When I take my RV out for a trip, they help me back into my spot. 
I balance the very close quarters with the huge indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Also nice neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, yoga, massage, drug store and grocer. 
I've always lived in cities and use earplugs, so close proximity to the highway is convenient.

We were assigned to (and paid dearly for) a "deluxe" site for our 31 ft RV, however it was nowhere near deluxe (it was simply two really tiny sites put together). It had a huge frost heave right in the middle of it which made it hard to level and we couldn't hook up to the sewage line (the hookup was forward of our front tire). We had to wait for the  neighbours next to us to move their cars before we could leave. The playground for the kids was covered in mildew. Not impressed at all. We've stayed in a lot of RV sites and this was one of the worst.

The basics, laundry room is clean and cheap, bathrooms are cozy but comfortable, and the pool is a great indoor pool for those who want to relax. I will warn you do not use this place as a practice run. The spots are extremely tight and require very skilled maneuvers. The staff is strict but very easy to work with if you follow their rules on the site and the office.

This location is extremely convenient to downtown Seattle. It's even more convenient if you want to take public transportation to downtown Seattle. 

The location is near the highway however the noise is minimal compared to other similar parks with highway neighbors. 

To explain my four stars, the spots are just soo tight that it makes this place tough to work with.

This is a large parking lot that has been converted to accommodate RV's. Hookups were fine, indoor pool, laundry, showers and common rooms were fine. Only real drawback was they don't really offer "sites" they are pretty much parking spots.

Very nice place to camp. The bathrooms were nice but they one toilet was out of order and the other toilet was really dirty. Showers were good but they needed cleaned a little more often also. I would definitely stay there again
