Trying to be generous but honest with this review... The worker was super friendly and helpful but the owner would not offer a veterans discount of any kind---not even on the taxes! Wow I guess I won't be buying from her again :(

Excellent customer service.  Very friendly and paid attention to detail with my order (was even collaborative in making sure that it came out exactly how I wanted). The order was also put together and delivered very fast even with short notice. Pictures were sent to my phone for my approval also because I was ordering from out of town. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone in the area ordering flower arrangements.

Last minute purchase to congratulate a friend for a job well done and the item I wanted was not available. They offered to make with similar flowers and delivered by 1:00 pm. Thanks for making my BFF's day!

Custom and pre-made arrangements. Grab and go arrangements available in the fridge. Friendly, helpful staff. Great place if you want more than just a grocery store bouquet.

Bells and Blooms took care of all our floral needs for our wedding day. They were wonderful to work with! They paid attention to detail and really put thought into the types of flowers when we gave them our plum and green color scheme. They provided bridesmaid bouquets, my bridal bouquet, table centerpieces, flower girl flowers, cake decoration flowers, and boutonnieres.  They were very flexible in arranging flower pickup for us during a time they were not normally open as well as patient when we had to make last minute adjustments to our order. I would highly recommend them for all your floral needs in the Charlotte/Huntersville area of North Carolina.
