Called this business after it was referred to me by my local florist because I needed a flower delivered for a funeral that was out of my local florists delivery range. A man answered, I asked if he could deliver a small plant for a funeral for late today & he just said "nope,cant today". He was short & rude, offered no help, pretty much just hung up. He could have at least let me know of another business around there since I'm from another area. Rude.

Covington Resident - Gentleman taking orders via phone was very helpful, courteous and able to make an arrangement work that my wife absolutely loved. Phoned in the request mid-morning and received delivery around noon. Kudos to Lake Norman Flowers!!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE! The person who answered the phone told me to go "F*@k myself" and also hung up the phone on me. His customer service was bad from the start of the conversation. I called the morning after I ordered online to see if the flowers I ordered were actually in stock and he told me they wired the order to another store. I insisted he tell me who the other store was, but he refused. When I asked to cancel my order and told him that his customer service and attitude was inappropriate he stated "Go F*@k yourself" and hung up. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED!

5/21/2016 I just moved to NC and my children in NY wanted to send myself and my Mom who was visiting from TX some flowers for Mothers Day I cannot explain the Quality and Quantity of the flowers we received with our arrangements. Yes i am writing this on the 21th of May, i just changed the water in my vase and removed a few dead flowers, the flowers are still beautiful-two weeks later. I will absolutely recommend and purchase all my flowers i need for this location. I give them 5 stars
