I needed flowers for my wife and didn't plan very far ahead.  I called and they were very easy to work with.  I went with the "Designer's Choice" and was very glad I did.  The bouquet was large, beautiful and way more than I expected.  The delivery ladies were great and made my wife feel as special as I had hoped!!  Thank You!!

I just wanted to say what a wonderful team member you have in Shane. I ordered a centerpiece arrangement for a corporate holiday dinner this week and Shane was the biggest help. He is professional, attentive, and extremely hospitable. I know that during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season people do not always have time to relay positive messages, you usually only hear negative, but I wanted you to know how terrific he was. 
 
Thank you Flowers of Charlotte, I was more than pleased and enjoyed my interaction with your knowledgeable, courteous staff. I will definitely be a repeat customer for future events!

I was in a frenzy to get flowers to a dear friend that is in the hospital in Charlotte. I called several florist that would not take an order because of the Valentine Day rush. I called Flowers of Charlotte and they were extremely helpful. I was able to place the order to be delivered the day after Valentine's. I was so thankful. Very courteous and pleasant.

I first became aware of your floral shop when I received a fruit arrangement a few years ago. Was impressed by their facility. 

Returned to get a floral arrangement for my mother. Was very specific in size and colors due to space restrictions at nursing home. Kristina was very helpful on that ocassion,  even e-mailing a photo to ensure it was acceptable. 

When mom died, I returned for a casket adornment and had it customized, sorry I did not get the lady's name. It was beautiful.

Today I ordered a flower arrangement for my daughter.  Her birthday is Christmas Eve and unfortunately because we live in two different states, we can’t celebrate her birthday or Christmas Eve with her.  I wanted to do a little something to cheer her up and the arrangement that Flowers of Charlotte delivered  to her did just that!  Very quick delivery as well!  Very happy with this florist and will use again for future purchases.
