This just shows me, that you can not always go by reviews. My experience with Graces was good. They communicated with me to be sure that what I ordered was what they delivered. The flowers were arranged beautifully and were fresh. My wife enjoyed them very much.

The flowers i order didn't look like the flowers she got. A lot less flowers in case. But were on time. Disappointing!!

I was very disappointed.  I ordered a plant for a friend who didn't like baskets so I intentionally chose one without a basket and it was a plant and she didn't like flowers so I chose one without one.  Bait and switch.  Better watch that disclaimer they add about replacing your order and remember they are the one choosing what is comparable and they don't even try to follow what you order. 

As close as you can get to bait and switch and stay legal.  All I can said, may have been legal but that didn't make it morally right.  Would not recommend.
