I live in San Antonio.  After calling several florist on 5/31/22 to deliver to my sister's home for same day delivery in South Austin... and told several times they couldn't deliver same day... I called Ben White Florist and they cheerfully said "No Problem we can do that".  The value of the arrangement was better than what I had anticipated for the cost and the arrangement was beautiful and couldn't be more happy with the service they delivered.  If I ever need flowers for the Austin, TX area or for my sister I will definitely refer to Ben White Florist.

Absolutely amazing! I placed a very last minute order for the following day & I am so lucky to have found Ben White! The florals we ordered were a fantastic price at $75. For that price a lot of times you get dinky arrangements so truthfully I was not expecting anything over the top. When my sister sent an image of her flowers I was blown away! These florals were beautiful, very full, filled with great flowers aka not filled with carnations!, and the box was a fantastic base! The order got to my sister before noon which was so quick!! All in all, I highly recommend Ben White!

Today I got flowers from my husband who is away working construction   . The flowers are so beautiful and it’s as though he hand picked each one of them. He is very colorful when it comes to flowers  I absolutely love them and thank you Ben White Florist for helping him.

So disappointed! Was assigned the task of finding a florist for my sister’s funeral next Saturday. I am new to Austin and had googled several places. Saw the excellent reviews for this florist, and wanted to go in person to talk to someone to see about pricing, and if they offered the flowers we were looking for.  Noticed in my search they closed in 45 minutes, so used GPS to make it 30 minutes before they closed. All need to see the open sign on but it’s saying that said they were shortstaffed so the lobby was closed. Hey, I totally understand being shortstaffed like at this time who isn’t? So I gave them a phone call. A young sounded young, but perhaps I’m wrong  woman answered and I told her we were sitting outside the building. She explained why they were closed and I told her I completely understood, But that I wanted to inquire about pricing for a funeral arrangement.  So, instead of offering me an online option, or perhaps to take down my information, like my name, and number, and what I might be looking for and a date; she’s very hastily and haughtily said, “yeah well we close in 30 minutes”.  I responded I knew that because I googled it and rushed there to hopefully get information…. And there was just silence… like she didn’t care or was uninterested…  So I hung up  So sad. I hope the owner addresses this person, because now we take our business elsewhere…  Still flowerless…

Thank you to Ben White Florist.  Whether it be to rescue me from the doghouse or just to do something nice for the people in my life, Ben White Florist has never failed to provide superior products accompanied by sincere enthusiasm and professionalism.  A perfect example of all of the extra touches that local businesses provide that often are lost to corporate bottom lines.  Thank you, for always being more than expected and never satisfied with par.

I ordered from France through internet a bouquet for a same day delivery in Austin Tx, on a Saturday ! I called at the opening of the store and the person was helpful and friendly. I'm no specialist but I think the pricing is fair for the quality and the service. The flowers "Fireside" were delivered just as agreed, they were beautiful and appreciated. I would certainly recommend Ben White Florist :-

FIVE FREAKING STARS!!  This team is uh-mazing. I ordered a summer arrangement for a friend and they immediately emailed me an invoice with a personalized message addressing a special delivery request I had asked about. They did their best to accommodate this and then delivered a B E A U T I F U L arrangement at what coincidentally was the perfect arrival time. I think they’re just that good. None of the flowers/fluffers looked dead/dying/wilted/sad like I’ve seen with other companies, and the colors/varieties were spaced out pretty fairly.  Support local  You can’t go wrong here!

My boyfriend sends me flowers regularly from this florist.  I love the fact that they text me when they are on their way to deliver.  Great flowers, too!

The best florist in town and online! Flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged to allow the bouquet to display nicely from all angles.
