I had mistakenly misspelled the name of my new Great Niece when I sent an arrangement to my nephew & his lovely wife. When I realized my error, I sent an e-mail marked URGENT with the corrected spelling of the baby's name - which Marion promptly rectified. It may sound like a small thing, but I'm in Delaware and the baby is in Austin so to be able to rely on the responsive service as well as the beautiful bouquet was very reassuring. THANK YOU.

Freytag's florist still remembers what customer service is all about. There was an issue with the delivery  address. Once it was brought to their attention, the manager personally called me back and quickly went above and beyond to make certain it was resolved. I also went with the "Deal of the Day" option. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Both the recipient and I were beyond pleased.

I ordered a dozen roses for my mom on her birthday - ordered them an hour before they closed.  I got an email about an hour later saying they'd been delivered.  I got a phone call from my mom a couple days later saying, and I quote, "I have gotten a lot of roses over the years, but I have NEVER gotten any as beautiful as these.  They are huge.  I can smell them throughout the house.  ...These must have set you back quite a bit.".  You might be thinking oh that's a mom saying thanks for flowers - but she wouldn't have said all this about some average flowers. I've gotten my mom flowers before, this was a completely different response than the usual oh they're so pretty thank you etc.  This was like raving on and on about them.
I checked the website - says these roses are Ecuadorian...
So - I can't speak for the rest of Freytags offerings, but, if you want to get someone some of the best roses they might ever receive IN THEIR LIFE call Freytags.  Think it was ~$75 for dozen roses arranged, ~$35 for last min delivery in town - seemed expensive to me for some flowers but it was 4pm day of so I paid it - I'm telling you you get what you pay for here.  Again, she said out of all the roses she's ever gotten she had never gotten roses as beautiful as these.  So if youre trying to basically give someone some of the best flowers they'll ever receive in their life - pick freytags pay the money.  They're the real deal.  Very satisfied, can't say enough.

All of my orders are online.  I don't live in Austin.  Freytag's has always done an outstanding job delivering the freshest, most beautiful flowers exactly when I want them delivered.  No reason to shop anywhere else.

Freytag's Florist has never let me down.  Alway courteous, professional and fast with a wonderful selection of floral designs.  I would highly recommend Freytag's to anyone.  Thank you Freytag's !!!
