Sue and her fantastic team did a great job managing my vacation rental. They were professional at all times, timely with payments and always very communicative about all aspects of the management process. They not only were able to keep the place booked practically year round, but went out of their way to let me know how it was going, what needed attention and what they were doing to market my home for future rentals. I never worried about what was being done to protect my investment!

This was the worst rental we have ever stayed in and not solely based on the property we were in. It was the management company. First off there was a mice infestation. We were given old school mouse traps on our porch step to bait ourselves.This was a month long rental that stated they had central air, well not quite just two windows units when the outside temperature was 95+. The best excuse they had was well when we sold it to you the rental was supposed to get it and in the process didn't and we just didn't let you know because the "window units were just as effective". Yeah right tell that to my sweaty 5 and 7 year old at the time. There were NO dressers in any bedroom except one in the master. (The management company to there defense did bring some super cheap Walmart fall apart ones fairly quickly.) The back yard was mud and 3 foot tall weeds. I wish I could post pictures. This management company only said if you don't like it leave. Yeah right I am going to find a rental for a family plus a dog on a moments notice. I will never use this rental company again. The lady that runs the place was the least helpful so called "manager" I have ever run in to.

I am very pleased with Sue and her crew at Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals.  She has been our property manager for over 10 years now.  Her internet presence is extensive, she knows her market extremely well, she is conscience of costs for owners, she attentive to all guests and their requests.  All bookkeeping is timely and accurate and she pays close attention to details.  I would highly recommend Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals!

I am very pleased that Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals has been managing my property since November 2013.  They work with you as a team with a win win attitude.  They have more than exceeded my expectations.  We had some winter water problems, due to my error.  Sue and her team were there to take over in the crisis, since I was out of town.  It was above and beyond.  I am so grateful they were there for me.  $wise they are more than fair with their expertise and help.  They have helped me make the most income possible.  Thank you Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals.  Thanks to all those good workers who make up the team.  Thanks!

When we bought our vacation rental in Bend several years ago, it was already being managed by Bend Dutch Vacation Rentals. We have been very happy with our decision to continue with this company. Sue and her staff have been excellent to work with. They are detail oriented and responsive to any needs or concerns we or our renters have had. We are especially appreciative of how Sue has kept us apprised of ongoing changes and challenges to vacation rental ownership in Bend. Anne Wenner
