We stayed in the Flow house and had a great time!  It is situated perfectly for touring downtown Bend on foot.  Everything is exactly as described, and pictured, on the website.  There were 7 of us and they provided an extra Aerobed air mattress for the kids to use.  There was plenty of parking and everything you'd need in a furnished home.  We had some issues with the hot tub, and Cara immediately sent someone out to fix it.  She was very helpful.  We would definitely stay here again.  J/K- Beaverton, OR

I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to stay in the house we rented. But two days after we booked it and a family emergency came up, Cara responded immediately and was willing to try to rebook the house (and did) and issue us a credit. As someone with lots of experience as a vacation homeowner and renter/traveler, I know this is asking a lot and per standard policy not something she had to do. I really appreciated her willingness to work with us and would never hesitate to enter into another transaction with Lavabelles! Thank You Cara!

This is the best kept secret in Central Oregon. Very cool houses (we've rented three), best locations (all downtown - really great on our first trip when we could have easily booked a spec home 2 miles away), and the nicest amenities (thank you EO products). It is so refreshing to stumble upon on a consistently top notch, well run business with a winning concept (eco, pet friendly, restored gorgeous homes with lovely outdoor space). I highly recommend.
